Bookkeeping
The most crucial step in running a successful company is ensuring that your bookkeeping system meets your needs. I can help with this whether you are using spreadsheets, considering software or would like a professional bookkeeping service. When running a CIC, it is essential to understand which income streams are subject to corporation tax if not spent in the company's financial year and what types of funding can be ringfenced.
Payroll
While at first, you give your spare time to work for free, as the CIC grows and becomes more successful, you can afford to get paid for your work.
I can set up and run payroll for your CIC, providing monthly payslips and advising on the HMRC payments due and your pension obligations to the employees.
Compiling and Filing Year End Accounts
For filing your accounts with HMRC and Companies House, I will give you a reasonable quote based on your bookkeeping and the complexity of the work involved.
My prices are fully inclusive and include help at all the stages of filing with Companies House, including completing the CIC34 with you, paying the filing fee and first class tracked post to Companies House.
Self-Assessments
As a company director or freelancer, you may need to file a self-assessment return with HMRC.
This is a service I can provide at a competitive rate.
CIO Accounts
As some of my CIC clients have converted to a CIO I can prepare charity accounts and advise on how to file charity accounts with the Charities commission.
